1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse or purchase products from the RV Parts Shop website.

In these Terms, “RV Parts Shop”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RV Parts Shop. “You” and “your” refer to the customer using our website or purchasing from us.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Information and Suitability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility information and prices are accurate.

Colours and product appearance may vary slightly from photographs. Product images may be illustrative, and manufacturers may change product specifications or packaging without notice.

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable and compatible with your caravan, recreational vehicle or intended application before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where a product does not match its description, is not fit for a disclosed purpose or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin processing it.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

• the product is unavailable;

• the price or product information contains an error;

• payment cannot be authorised;

• we cannot deliver the product to the nominated address; or

• we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product and any applicable delivery charge.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed as part of the checkout process. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. A product appearing on our website may become unavailable before an order is processed.

If we cannot supply an ordered product, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative where available or issue a refund for the unavailable product.

6. Shipping

We ship eligible products within Australia only. We do not ship products to international destinations.

A delivery charge of $15.95 per checkout applies to products for which shipping is available, unless a different charge or promotion is clearly displayed at checkout. For larger items, an increased fee may be incurred.

Some heavy, bulky or oversized products cannot be shipped and are available for pickup only. This will normally be stated on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, supply issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will provide reasonable assistance if an order is delayed or lost in transit.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. Additional delivery costs arising from an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery may be charged where permitted by law.

Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready before attending the store. We may request your order confirmation and identification when you collect your order.

Some heavy or large products are available by pickup only.

8. Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits where you:

• change your mind;

• decide you do not like or no longer need the product;

• order the wrong product or size;

• find the product cheaper elsewhere; or

• incorrectly assess the product’s compatibility, despite the product being accurately described.

Please check product descriptions, measurements and compatibility information carefully before ordering. Contact us before purchasing if you require assistance.

This change-of-mind policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrectly Described or Incorrect Products

If you believe a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly described, not fit for its disclosed purpose or different from the product ordered, please contact us and provide:

• your name and order number;

• a description of the issue; and

• photographs or other supporting information where reasonably requested.

We may need to inspect or assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.

You will be asked to provide reasonable proof of purchase.

10. Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled after it has entered processing, been specially ordered or been dispatched. If we agree to cancel an order, any reasonable non-recoverable costs may be deducted where permitted by law and disclosed to you.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

11. Website Use

You must not:

• use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

• interfere with the security or operation of the website;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;

• introduce malicious software; or

• reproduce website content for commercial use without permission.

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business or systems.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website—including text, graphics, branding, photographs and page designs—is owned by or licensed to RV Parts Shop.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use its content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

14. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

To the extent permitted by law, RV Parts Shop is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
